The food was OK, potatoes were a little undercooked BC of so many people the kitchen was rushing to keep up. Nothing was so delicious I would rave about it, it was just OK. The homemade corned beef hash was good, but way overpriced for just a "side." The service was awful. Our waitress was a joke. She was inattentive, forgetful, loud, and obnoxious. She clanked the coffee cups so loud right in my ear, slammed the drinks and food on the table, never refilled our drinks, I had to get up and ask for sugar free syrup from some other workers who tried to ignore me, we asked for a box, she said she would bring a box, she shows up like 10 mins later with no box, so I tell her again and she looks at me like I'm crazy, then when she does bring the box, she starts to grab the plate of food that I was gonna put in the box!!! We finally get the check and THEN she asks if we want refills!?!!? Seriously!?! She offered to make them to go, but we refused. Too little too late! This was seriously the worst waitress I've had in a long time. And I still tipped more than I should have. She was there to snatch up the receipt before the ink was dry though! Overall, the food was just mediocre and it was such an unpleasant experience and we will not be back.

Good bye First Watch hello OPH!! This place freaking rocks for breakfast!! My 49er pancakes were super delicious and the eggs, bacon, and hash browns were cooked to perfection. Usually breakfast is hard to screw up and any place will do right? Wrong. The OPH will make you scoff at all the other breakfast places around. Management and staff step it up a bit and are super friendly and fun. So with all of this said the staff is awesome and the breakfast is the best around!!

To be fair, we must've come in on a shift change because there was some confusion as to whether or not our server was going to be cut and it was busy. That being said. Probably not a repeat for us. The service we received was slow and inattentive. The food was mediocre and generally overpriced.

I read all the prior reviews stating bad service but I've always had excellent service with Maryanne. I ask for her every time. She is cheerful, energetic and brightens up your morning. Breakfast food is here is amazing. I tend to get their specialty omelets which are baked so they take 20 mins to cook but we'll worth it. They have buckwheat and gluten free pancakes. The portions are big and everything tastes fresh. Coffee is excellent. This place is better than IHOP and Cracker Barrel.

The second one I visit since moving to the Sunshine state back in October. I have to said don't waste your time and money in this hell hold. I don't understand how they manage to stay open for so long. I asked for chocolate milk for my daughter and they were out of syrup. Ask for crayons for the kids and they were also out. Asked for a lemonade and they brought us pink lemonade. Unbelievable. Poor management.

I just had the biggest fluffiest omelette of my life. Seriously this is the best breakfast restaurant in town. After this experience, I won't be able to go anywhere else around here for breakfast. Pancakes are by far the best in town.

Best pancakes and the baked items are delicious. Always real whipped butter and cream for your coffee. My favorites are the buckwheats. KIDS EAT FREE Mon-Fri can't beat that

Their Apple pancake is wonderful!! I ordered their skillet, and I have to say that it was phenomenal! They have all the other breakfast restaurants beat!! I definitely recommend this place! The wait wasn't long, the servers were friendly, prices weren't bad, an overall great place.

The fact here is I do love pancakes and this place is one of the most recommended places for pancakes by my friends. Came here early in the morning so I can have their special pancakes. Got my order quickly but the taste is so ordinary. Nothing special about it, Its overpriced and the service is also not good.

Excellent food. Very clean. Fast service. The wait staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. Good food at a good price. I will definitely be going back.

The service was terrible!! We walk in on New Years Day and put our names on the list. The guy who was at the counter seemed to have a hard time filling out the PRE-PRINTED waiting list so another girl immediately came and took over. No problem. It was a fifteen minute wait and we were seated. Our waitress was the problem. She seemed rushed and it seemed like it was the busiest day of the year to her. The restaurant was busy but not slammed. She seemed short and un inviting. Everything was in a big rush and when (and if) she came back to the table you could not get a word in and then she was gone!! She slid down a salad that my bro-in-law ordered with the smallest amount of dressing. He asked for more and it took her a while to bring back dressing. Finally our food came and the food was fantastic. In fact, that is why this review is getting as many stars as it did. For the food only. We even mentioned something to the manager when he came by. In the end, as we are waiting on her to pick up our check, we finally had enough waiting on her and I took it to the front myself. Even as she was ringing us up it was like it was a big deal pulling her away from her ginormous water order. Sorry lady, we have things to do. Gave her a nice tip reflective of the service and told her to have a nice day. Stay clear of this place and especially the waitress with the bad perm.

The server was a young man who was very pleasant and helpful...and even for being very busy he was great. The place was packed (it was a Sunday) and there was a lot of noise. On to the food. My pancakes were just....bad. Also, I tried my girlfriend's French Toast and those also had that almond taste mentioned by other posters. I'm not saying that they have cyanide in the food...I'm just saying. lolz

First time here everything was excellent and waitress was very attentive. Second time here coffee was terrible and served with something close to fat free milk not cream, pancakes overcooked, english muffin ice cold by time butter came. Had to ask for items such as butter or milk 3 to 4 x's and waitress although fairly pleasant in the beginning was incredibly inattentive. Never apologized for not bringing items.

my hubby and I come here regularly... the quality of their food, even down to the butter is far superior to anything you will find out there... everything is very high grade, the orange juice is fresh squeezed when you order it... the blintzes are spectacular... we have yet to be there without the manager coming over to check on us and genuinely want to know how our visit is going...is it more expensive than the "other"pancake place? yes... but I'd rather have fresh squeezed than watered down and I'll pay for the difference... great quality food, warm service.. Will be back again soon...

Food was good, service was OK. It wasn't anything mind blowing but it got the job done. I'm sure lots of folks have great experiences and don't post it here because it wasn't super crazy awesome.

Came on a Sunday, very crowded. We were a party of 5. They managed to mess up the entire order. Food was cold. They were very apologetic but it still didn't make up for the breakfast. FYI, their home fries are sweet potato fries rather than regular potatoes. What a disappointment!!!

Was a 5 star before they changed the menu and went down hill. DO NOT get the eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce is just butter laden grease. If you do try them out, go for the Apple Baby or the Dutch Baby. Both take extra time, but they are worth it. I believe kids eat free on weekends.

The food here was by far some of the worst breakfast food I have ever eaten! The french toast didn't taste like french toast at all. The bacon was thick, undercooked and tasteless. My dining companion's home fries were devoid of seasoning and proper cooking. Server was very polite, checked on us often and the manager stopped by twice. The restaurant was quite busy and I wondered why? I thought it was pricey for breakfast food that wasn't that good to begin with. If they don't improve the food it won't be long before this place closes it's doors.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Hubby's French toast had a weird almond flavor. Bacon was super fatty and undercooked. Hash browns were undercooked. Server was nice. Food was horrible.

I really enjoyed my experience here. We were checked on frequently during our breakfast by both the server and the manager. I had the blintzes and my boyfriend had pumpkin pancakes w/ peanut butter chips, and we shared an order of bacon and scrambled eggs on the side. I didn't care for the bacon - thick and not too crispy - but everything else was yummy. The pancakes in particular were delicious. The only thing is that I'm spoiled by my favorite local breakfast place, Maria's, which has a better atmosphere, is consistently delicious, and is much more affordable. Chain breakfast places are notoriously more expensive, so while I did enjoy my breakfast and the service here, my advice is if you're in the Stuart area, seek out one of the stellar family-owned breakfast places around town.

I will add a redemption to my review. I wrote the company and received an apology with the offer to return on their tab. While I appreciate their sincerity and concern I have not decided on whether or not to return. The district manger did show that they care enough by responding so while I cannot retract my first review due to that experience, I may just give them one more try.

The experience was bad from the moment we sat down. Bad waitress, expensive food, and small portions for the price. We will NEVER go back.

Okay so I see all the other negative reviews, so why waste my time? First omen -- it's Saturday morning and the parking lot is relatively empty. I point this out but husband doesn't listen. We go in, are seated, and our server is extraordinarily accommodating except for one thing: she recommended I try the French Toast when I switched from pancakes (because husband ordered them and we share.) The French Toast was the worst I've ever had -- just a big dry, tasteless nothing. The omelet was okay -- just puffy and omelets are not supposed to be puffy. But the 'manager' argued with me about that. No disrespect, although it's a lot of work, a proper omelet doesn't taste like this. So because neither husband nor I could eat the French Toast, the server offered me something else. I said how about some crispy hash browns? She said sure, and cheerfully brought me back a plate of milky-greasy potatoes with nary a crisp one in sight. At the end, the manager offered me 20% off my uneaten meal and insisted we come back to try something else. He said their eggs benedict is spectacular (see other Yelp reviews about that one) uhm, no. just no. If you just want pancakes, this might be your place.

Ok then...first time at this OPH. We have been regulars at one back in California. But now we are Floridians, as of today. I am glad to say the quality of the pancakes and the service easily measure up to what we were used to. This will be one of our regular restaurants here too. I read the reviews, and there is ample evidence that management takes customer input seriously. Bravo!

The service was great though a little on the pricey side. The eggs and waffles were fantastic and the banana cinnamon French toast was right on point. The bacon however was not cooked well enough for my taste
